Okay then! All up to date. I took the Enkeis back off the car for a few days to get the tires for the rears flipped, and new tires put on the fronts. And now today I put new tie rod ends in and put the fronts back on. Tomorrow im going to figure out a skid plate for the front, and then throw the rears on and finish up the flare on the drivers side. At that point ill be really close to driving it again, woot woot!
pics from the other day. Ill take more at the end of the day tomorrow.

I failed to mention in the last post, the wheels are Enkei 92's, 15x8 et25 wrapped in Toyo Proxies 195/45.

also got a manual seat belt from a B14 sentra to retro fit in.

deleted all the A/C equipment, including the evaporator under the dash, and ran my brake and fuel lines through where the A/C lines went into the dash. I re connected the blower motor to the heater core with some dryer vent tubing, such racecar!
Heres how the lines sit under the hood

then after looking for a while, I found a set of wheels that were not only local but in my price range.

So that puts us pretty much up to date, up until about a month ago. I had some money saved up and wanted to put new suspension in the rear and finish the body and clear coat it before winter hits here in CT. Well when i pull it in the garage to do that I high centered myself like usual, and when I went back for a running start I ripped my brake lines under the car. And things snowballed from there lol
pulled off more paint

700lbs per in springs for the front and rear
bbbbbb.jpg
new struts for the rear, used some cheap ebay sleeves to get the springs to seat right

bought new rear LCA's and re-did the extending process. this time i only extended them by one inch, i took alot more time on them though and did them in a slightly different fashion than the first version. topped em off with full ES bushings in the rear.

got some junkyard goodies, also made a badgeless grille at one point.
