small update: Engine and trans have both been serviced and had seals and parts replaced that needed to be replaced. Had to change the upper engine harness from a ME2.0 version harness to 2.8 which required me to remove the intake manifold to access the two knock sensors.in the process i broke a bunch of vacuum hoses and dry brittle breather hoses that had to be replaced as well. Now that most of the maintenance items are out of the way I am getting ready to mate the engine and trans back together & bolt up the torque convertor. also got the old w210 e55 shell completely stripped out. Minus the heater core and body harness and other small bits. so now just need to have it towed off so that i have room to start pulling my m112 v6 out of the wagon!
AMG V8 is out now to change a few parts on the engine freshen it up a bit and then start pulling apart the wagon. will also need to swap over the brakes, hubs, axles, drive shaft, rear diff, brake booster master cylinder, some air box parts and a few other things. then of course get it programmed to the key steering lock etc etc because Mercedes marries all the control modules from the factory.
I've been debating on getting a w210 E55 since I love it so much but I'm also considering a W215 cl55. The only thing holding me back is the ABC system.
How does the power compare from the M112 to the M113?
night and day diff. LOL Only reason I bought the E55 AMG for a donor car was because i missed the M113 power from my C43 AMG. If it weren't for that i would have just bought another m112 v6 and called it a day. The wagon has a bad head gasket on the driver side of the V currently, so the engine was getting swapped either way.

so most of you who follow me on instagram already know but i was able to pick this up for $400 less than his asking price. It was a crashed 2000 E55 AMG that me and a buddy fixed on the side of the road in Los Angeles. I then drove it home to San Diego no problem. I plan to pull the drive train out of it drop into the wagon. this swap will require some version coding of the modules using the STAR tool in developer mode once my ECU has been unlocked. Also having to convert the engine electronics from ME2.0 to ME2.8 using an ecu from a 2001 S55 AMG. and engine harness from a 2002 E55. this swap will also require me to move over all the running gear, brakes, and some other bits.
but here she is in all her glory,LOL been daily driving it since i got it running.
I plan to start tearing it apart in the next week or two. if anyone needs 210 parts feel free to message me.
