Finally managed to install the airride gauges in the upper compartment.... i think it looks classy and stealthy....next up the switches
Lid closed

I ran into a problem....a whole lot of water in the front passenger footwell... where could it come from???? everything is soaking wet....I did not drive the car when raining( i never drive it on rain, not even on wet pavent) but i stayed out of the garage for the last week....
Looking really good man, one question though.. Did you end up fitting those LEDs to the 140? Its just that it looks like you have the post facelift lights (rounded curves on the boot lid instead of a straight angle). Which i didnt think would fit your car without some modification or a post facelift boot. I only ask because im desperately trying to fit some LED lights to my 93 s320 : good looking tho fam
i did not fit them yet, but i am 100% sure they will fit... the car is facelift, and the led tails also, and optically they're identical...
the us trunk lid however will need modifications to fit...(it is pre facelift)

i think it would look a little nicer to hide the compressor. if there is no room maybe hide it in a wooden crate with fake liquor bottles or something like that. if you know what I'm saying lol
I agree. There is room both sides but more so on the left side if he decides to dump the cd changer. Its big enough to stuff 2 shoe boxes in there
thanks man, the bumps are not the problem, the shocks are but i m looking for a way to keep them as i want a stock car confortability...
shortened shocks are the way to go then brother, I know Bilstein make custom shocks for an extra price here in Australia, it may be the same there! I'm positive they sell an already shortened shock for 140s anyway
Your door panels and glass do not look correct for an armored S-class. 2600kg is also very light for an armored model; most clock in somewhere around 3500-3600 kg. As far as I know, the vast majority are S600s with a smattering of S500s thrown in. I suspect what you're seeing is the W140's standard double-paned glass, which many people mistake for evidence of armoring.
you may be right but considering the standard model weighs 2060 kgs and mine is more than half a ton heavier, but again, you may be right!
