350Z - Here we got again

Sup guyz. Been offline for a little while, I sold my 240Z and DD'd a JCW Mini for a while, decided that the addiction was too much and needed to get back into Z's. For a while I thought about buying a BRZ, but didn't want that financial burden yet. (I work at Z1 afterall...)

Picked up this 99K mile 07'HR 350Z about two months ago. Stock Touring model with nothing but an aftermarket FW/clutch combo. Chatters like a goddamn race car.



Told myself I wasn't gonna mod it for a while. I didn't make it a week.
Bought some RPF1's second hand. Double staggered 18x9.5 Front 19x10 rear. The fitment is amazeballs, and got me some fat rubbers on her. 255/35 Front 275/35 Rear.

Told myself after I dropped that money I wasn't gonna be doing any modding for a little while....

It lasted 2 weeks.









We throew on a full Tomei Test Pipe/Mid-Pipe/Axle Back exhaust for the lulz. (BrapBrap) 262HP Stock, hit 282whp after the Tomei and nailed 290whp after tune with UpRev. 290 on dirty filters and stock intakes! Absolutely fucking stoked.

Our video guy even came in to get a video of the exhaust. (We did a GTR Tomei exhaust the same day)

In the meantime I've decided to enjoy her as she is any not spend any more money on mods for a while.....lol nah. It'll get a good height adjustment after tax season. It will be getting a full 'race car' stance. Doing a track day in December and throwing on more go-fast parts shortly after.

So glad to see that you decided to shell out the $$$ on that super nice Tomei Expreme system. I've heard them on gencoupes and s13's, and IDK why, but the titanium or some shit gives it a crisper tone than any ss exhaust I've heard.

Man that video is amaaaaazing.

Do you plan on going with poncams or procams in the future?

290 whp with just an exhaust? those are 306 hp at the crank from the factory I think. That seems a lot for just an exhaust and tune on an n/a!

Next on the list : a drop?

294 is the final tuned number on JUST the exhaust. We slapped our Z1 long tube intake on it and squeeze out 305 at the wheels. Badass! By the way, if you get bored go check my car out on Tomei's press section of their website and on their recent feed on Facebook!

Drop coming...well soon enough. Buddy is changing his suspension setup, so I'm going to buy his BC's on the low.

In the mean time enjoy some pictures of me at Atlanta Motorsports Park doing my first track day. The car did REALLY well for base brakes and suspension. Threw some Hawk pads on and out-stopped most of the cars in my run group. Managed to run down and pass a C5 Vette (slow driver) S2000, M3, IS300, etc etc. I'll share a video next.
