grooving the edges before welding

here you can see the volvo had quite organic foglight,didn't like it



made missing piece for mine Valleo yellow fog lights



still needs tidying up



afeter quite some sanding, primed the exposed plastic with plastic primer



then sprayed filler



fiberglass putty



sanding



then regular car body filler





again sanded and final layer of filler sprayed





water sanded lower body panels and the bumper with 400 grit ,and started laying first coat of paint





car looks funny kinda naked

i have been to worthersee, so here are couple of random pics, with car half finished, because we were assembling the car a night before our road trip
so made custom upper mounts for e36 camber plates to fit the benz,and 9,5 wide wheels in front with some camber XD, custom plates allow -8 degrees camber



here is a pic of rear 10inch wide and 205 tyre



got max speeding rods coilovers(e36) and modified them to fit benz



then the rear tyre blew up , and had to roll missmatched







and also police was not happy about stance , almost got impounded because many reasons this being one
