It is from using only wire wheel to take the paint off it would get darker from the heat, and I wipe used diesel oil on it since it is really dark oil it makes it have a darker color to the metal!

Sorry for the lack of updates lately!
My girlfriend and I went on a road trip to Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma and back down through Texas for the StanceNation Texas show.

We drove 17 hours up to Colorado with real no issues and got to enjoy some amazing mountain views!

After we left Colorado we ran into some trouble about 4 hours East of Denver I got flat on the highway, luckily no damage to the breytons! I put the spare on and stopped at the next gas station and noticed my other wheel was showing wires. Unfortunately when you are in the middle of nowhere Kansas no one has anything to do with stretching tires or having any decent size tires in stock. My parents live in Lawrence Kansas about 5 hours from where we broke down and headed out with a trailer. We made it about 4 hours of driving and then his radiator blew on his truck. Some shit luck on this part of the journey but it all worked out in the end.

I bought new tires in Kansas City and drove 2 hours to my friend Eric's new house in Wichita Kansas and installed new rear trailing arm bushings with limiters. As always he is the man and was down to help me out with a lift and a hand! I had a feeling I needed to replace these because it has felt a bit squirrely in the rear while hard cornering. Got an alignment and headed to Ft Worth for the StanceNation Texas show without any issues!

The show was awesome with so many amazing cars! I ended up taking home 1st in the Euro Class and 2nd in choice award! I was beyond stoked it was such a good time!

After 42 hours on the road Ratty36 is back home and getting a bunch of new poly bushings installed and more updates to come!

Welded some 3/8" steel plates to my "frame rails" since there was not much left of them!
