Is this real life? this is an actual thread? I'm all for kids getting into cars, thats awesome, but I also reiterate. Is this real?

To be fair, I don't touch the oil or anything on my 08 Eclipse, it's just too much work.

But on more simplistic cars like my '83 and '74 I'm all for changing. lol

    -you're in the 10th grade

    So here's my questions:

How are you going to afford this? In an earlier thread you mentioned you wanted stock GT-R wheels for the Maxima.. I have a neighbor with an R35, he broke a spoke on the wheel, they are $800 each to replace. That's a lot of scratch.

Are you allowed to modify your car? I've met tons of kids who want to put a CAI or SRI on their car, paint their wheels, upgrade, modify in general and their parents wouldn't let them.

    Are you allowed to modify your mom's brother's uncle's step-son's father's daughter's boyfriend's friend's cousin's aunt's son's girlfriend's boyfriend's old merc?

If in the rare case where you're parent's will pay for your mods, what's the budget? We could find you wheels of any flavor you wanted in any price range.

Last question, this is for your future self:
    Why'd you buy XXRs?

for future reference, you probably should have started this thread in off topic or the intro section (introduce yourself and the ask questions). Also maybe include a budget because there is a large amount of options out there as far as project cars go. A price range (budget) could help narrow it down
