      thanks for all the comments!

cut all the rot out of the end of the sills, did cut a large bit out the smaller hole just didn't get a picture

welded new metal in coated in zinc spray, ran out of sanding pads for my dremel so isn't cleaned up amazingly so will do that before painting

finished the front topmounts, had to do quite a bit of chopping on the front as everything hits the chassis leg and subframe, kinda makes sense why not many tuck on 17s but here's what I was able to get, can achieve more but I think the ground will be a issue so I'll see when I get it back on the floor.

have done a few other things just no pictures. ordered all the rust protection, epoxy mastic, seam sealer and gravitex last night so that should be here tomorrow to finish off the passenger side. gunna start on the drivers side this week I think. also the e36 that is behind me in the unit may be donating it's engine for this, m52 2.8 which is a improvement just need to have a think.

      update

went to put the epoxy mastic on last night after rust treatment, had to move the axle stand off the sill which on these cars is the only place to put one on the back. ended up jacking off the diff mount. once I removed the axle stand I could see the jacking point had started to fall in, striped I could see it was ruined so rebuilt then coated everything, seam sealer next then stone chip.
