          Thanks man
Its an Oem bumper that i've fabbed up, your on the right lines of the method

Nice one mate, I'm going down a similar route as soon as I pick up my M sport kit, mid depth Max Velocity splitter then I'm having my fog light blanks flushed leaving only the grill and air ducts, yours is on another level, the air vent looks like a factory finish

Yes mate that will be a good look! use fog blanks to fill that hole up and a good adhesive and seal it off from the back so its moisture tight

Thanks man, it took a lot of work. Nice to see it gets appreciated

              • Today i started to take all the paint off the panels, as i've decided to take the car back down to metal other than the roof as it has had a few visits to the bodyshop in its time. To try eliminate ripples and fatty looking paint it was clear that i needed to start from scratch.

Im using paint stripper to take off most of the paint as trying to sand it down with the amount of layers on will take me forever! Ill buzz it down with the da to get a clean surface after
Some panels are different colour as the originals wernt up to standard

The rear door didnt get fully finished as i ran outta time, so will finish that off tomorrow!

                Thanks guys!

Welds look a little crap because of the weld primer, i **** using the stuff but it gives the underneath some form of protection.

Old bonnet had rot forming on the inner seam, thats why i got a new bonnet but wanted the smoothed badges still

Old bonnet will be chopped in half and used when i sort the bay out more
