    • Hey guys today we got the rear AccuAir E-level sensors mounted, AccuAir wants them to be mounted in a place where theres 4'' of movement. Brandon calculated the geometry and taped the upper link tub for the top of the little heim joints, he also taped the frame to mount the sensor itself.

Busted the tap when taping the passenger side for the sensor

      All the way up

      Laid out

          • I know you're a diesel guy, but I think I should ask... With the 5.9, did you guys take care of the "Killer dowel pin"? I know that's a problem with these engines.

Keep up the amazing work! Can't wait to see this thing finished!

                      • I'm not super familiar with laying frame on modern trucks, but is the detail you guys are going into normal, or are you just doing it like 100% perfect? It seems like your having to mod a lot of things.

Lay'in frame on a chevrolet is a little easier you have to move up the front control arms mounts they have rack and pinion already and step notch the rear but you have to lower the body mounts and some times raise the floor of the cab so it can lay pinch weld on a ford you have fit chevrolet front suspension and rack and pinion, step notch the rear the body sits on the frame at the same level as the cab so when it lays frame it's lay'in pinch weld as well

I build projects to the best of our ability or we are not going to build it at all

                          • I have pretty much no interest in trucks but I read this build from page 1. You guys are doing an awesome job, the attention to detail, and quality fabrication and engineering skill being employed by you guys is really amazing. I can't wait to see more, this is going to be one awesome truck!

What kind of power and torque to you expect to extract from the cummins engine?
