    Rear facelift done. Everything went smoothly. New bumper brackets, few modifications to parking sensors, new wires and connectors to tail lights, rear window from old tailgate and coding.

    And picture to see how the rear has changed.
    Up left = Normal rear of scirocco
    Up right = R-Rear
    Bottom = Facelift R

    Okay time to update this. I said before that facelift lights are working but now they are really working and road legal. Low/high beam, led stripes, auto leveling, cornering light and lights are turning with steering wheel.

    So color scheme changed on wheels. I was supposed to paint the centers too but this colour is really good so i stick with it. New color on center caps though. First pics of year.

    Love it. I've been looking to find a 1.4TSI (Supercharger/Turbo) Scirocco to do up to. Waiting for one to come around in the right price range!

    Also i did more mods to interior, carbon hydro dipped interior trims and blue cluster needles.

    First thing was to remove the cluster..

    After taking the needles and the backsides of the numberthings (I seriously have no idea what they are called) it looked like this. Inside red circles are the needle leds which needs to be changed to blue also. Inside the black circles are the background leds, mine were already white so i dont have to change them

    After soldering new leds , quick check that everything works.. And they do

    At this point i realized that the needles i bought weren't correct so i had to "customize" the old ones.

    There's paint underneath the needle so i just scraped it off with blade.. It comes off easily, only problem is taking the paint from the "inside" off that black plastic ring.

    I wanted to use tape, but i was on a rush so went to supermarket on bought blue nail polish.. You can choose the shade yourself

    Put littlebit nailpolish on a paper and dipped the bottom side of the needle in it. Wiped everything off from the sides and let it dry.

    It's been remapped and that's probably enough for me. Of course i'd like it to be more powerful but i really dont know that much about engines tbh. But who knows whats happening in the future.
    Which TDI motor is in this car? Malone Tuning in the US has a ton of upgrades available for the CR 2.0TDI motor, and most upgrades are pretty straightforward. I'm sure there's some sort of equivalent over there.
