Not really a very interesting update but after years of never being able to carry my spare wheel because of the boot build I had made up when I first bought the car, I decided to go back to standard.

Also with a big road trip coming up at the end of May to Worthersee in Austria I'm going to need as much boot space as I can for luggage & spares.

So this morning I took a trip down to Redruth to visit John (bnum3) a mate of mine & picked this lot up for £30, which included a box for of spares for the e21.



As soon as I got home I gave it all a quick clean & chucked it all in, which I think looks much better straight away than the dated boot build,going to give it a nice wet vac soon so it comes up like new.

Who did you use to polish your lips? I'm looking to get some wheels done soon but not sure if there's anyone South-west way anymore?

I have used Andy Handshaw in the past but was told he was stopping wheel polishing as he didn't make enough money from it. I had four lips done at £20 a piece, the guy was too generous!

Hi mate,thanks, i used Andy again for these, as long as the wheels are split & you just give him the lips he is fine & they are still £20 each.
