  • Budget Mazduh 6

Quick backstory on this car. Had 24 hours to find and buy a car in my area with a limited budget. The mazda 6 caught my eye and since I wasn't interested in performance of cars I bought it based on looks. Therefore its an auto and 4 cylinder :/ Here's the closest pic to stock when I thought the car was finished after just window tint.

Then bought some wheels, spoiler, fog lights, HIDs, and a cold air intake. Even bought lowering springs and shocks, I thought I was super low and stancy with a 1" drop and 17x7's.

Here's the most recent pics. Going off to college next year so between saving up money for that and the car, I ended up staying with the same wheels just 18x8.75's with new tires and megan coilovers.

Not sure on future plans. Most likely will get some spacers for the front, takeout the perch in the rear coils because they are maxed out right now, and might remove the spoiler and keep it wingless or get a small ducktail spoiler. In the next couple years I have to decide whether to spend more money on this car like real wheels or just save up for another car that I can do a true stance build on.

Instagram is @mbuckley_6 I will be updating that much more often

these things are just so sexy when they're slammed. My sister has a 6 sport wagon and sometimes I think about what I would do to it if it was my car.

The wagons look amazing when they're slammed. Too bad there's only a few I've seen and they don't post pictures often.

Took off the rear spoiler. Looking into buying a small lip spoiler. Also ended up cracking the sti s204 lip straight down the middle so looks like I need to buy another one

Moar photos from a week ago. Got the lip spoiler today, just need to paint it and clean up the holes from the previous spoiler. New lip comes in a couple days and hopefully will go a little lower in the front and then take out the perches in the rear this weekend.

Always loved the look of white wheels on a black car. Well executed sir.

Took out the rear perches, got the new front lip on and installed/painted the rear lip spoiler. Next up is spacers for the front and maybe a few other small things.

Figured I'd post up a few new pictures while at school. Got a giant chunk of my front lip taken out and drag frame entering the parking lot at the most extreme angle.(The last picture is me parking in a spot where they normally tow cars without the right permit but I'm too low for them to tow me)
