Ive been busy painting the car.

I did a photoshop of how the car will pretty much look when its done.

Wooh! 86 fan girl! Awesome!!!! I'm thinking of either building an 86 (if I can find one) or a 240. Been leaning towards a 240 but then I see a thread like this. Ahh decisions decisions. Can't wait to see more!

Well the front fenders have been pulled about and 38mm and the rears are about 15-20mm. I wanted to keep the nimble feel the car has so I didn't go too extreme.

I was looking into run free flares when I first discovered all the rust, but I decided would rather have oem metal.

Well. I am looking for something for drift purposes so.. We'll see. I'd still love to have an 86 for daily if nothing else. I'm sure it would slide a bit too. Anyways I look forward to seeing more on yours!

After I buffed it out a little and cleaned it up some:



I still need to finish molding my front bumper and finish some other little things, but I'm happy with the outcome.

***UPDATE***

So about two weeks ago I registered for the spring ae86 drift matsuri. Since then I started doing little things to get the car ready.

It still looked pretty much the same. Then I decided to change the style of my car.


So I bought new wheels. (Im not sure if I want to polish them or leave them bronze.)





Im going to pick up a TRD 2 Way lsd tomorrow, then eventually get some aero and paint it burgundy/red in the next few months.
