So who's coming to this monstrosity this Sunday assuming it makes it there? Got the pre-reg on fleek. I'm going for you guys, I can't stand half of the cars that are going to be there. With their loan payments... and their bag-wheel-done builds... I wanna see some shit boxes parked up wimme.

Scored a real VIS carbon fiber hood today. 50 bucks, not bad. It actually came without hood pins and the latch worked fine, but I **** the idea of carbon fiber hood latches flipping up on the highway and shattering so I figured fuck it. They go okay with the car. If not, suck a dick I guess. Old hood is going to the sedan build, that thing has 75% of a 99-00 front now.

Some progress on the sedan lol. Camber link removed and thrown in trash. Cut springs the car came on.

Probably going to try to sell the Civic after Staggered for a little more than I have into it after the LS swap and bay is done. Sorta just want to go back to being static and want to get OUT of the Honda game, too much stress and bullshit with trying to own a car like this.
Would most certainly get rid of this thing for a super clean LS400 or GS300 and some cash, lol. Miss being static.

Pulled the girdle, crank and rod are mint, bearings ordered. Spun one and one disintegrated on cyl.2

Today was incredibly eventful. Buddy with the truck bailed so we resorted to AAA to get this turd home. It had been in a severe accident crumpling almost everything aside from the strut towers, but that was cool. Fired it up, knocked like it was trying to come on in and have dinner. Sold. My buddy now owns the car, which is going to get my single jingle, and I've acquired a full running LS swap. Going to pull the swap tomorrow using a tree... and get it on an engine stand.
Pros:
- Newer stage 4 6 puck clutch
- Mint LS trans
- New dizzy
- 4-1 headers
- 2.5" exhaust
Bad:
- Motor mounts are a shit show, need those
- Spun one bearing
- Needs a crank (?, TBD)
I paid 80$ for the entire swap. Going to raise my engine 2" and tuck, shave, & paint the bay when this bad Larry goes in in the spring. Pretty excited, I've never owned a swapped car before. Just a boring non-vtec b18b, but hey, why not.

My friend and I may be going in on an EK sedan with a blown up LS swap
Apparently the block is blown up, but it's a full swap otherwise. My buddy wants the shell to do a mental body drop (including custom floor pan under the seats etc.) and have some fun with Hondas, so I can net this entire swap for pennies. Thinking of the 1.8 dohc burnies lol. We shall see! A price has been negotiated, now it's just going to go get it.
