Next up order trims, tires and some more stuff and give it camber and mooooar lows for MMXVI. Won't disassemble the RS because I'm going to save up for another thing and don't want to invest too much here any longer.

Yes!! Definitely subscribing. This is too awesome.

    Thank you!

Installed the camber bolts and lowered it all around. I'm still not happy with how it sits and the coils are almost maxed out. Camber plates should arrive here tomorrow.

i normally don't like a matte paint job on mk1's but yours seems to pull it off.
i also love how for once the rs's arent polished like a mirror. looks so good,

    keep up the good work

Little update, the camber bolts I've ordered arrived and I got a wooden gear knob which I received as a gift from a member of another forum because he has no use for it anymore.
Waiting now for the rear camber plates.
Next week I've free and therefore enough time to work a bit on the car.

Thanks! Currently I've ordered camber bolts for the front, still have to buy rear camber plates, trims, tires, lips & hardware for the rims.. the mission is clear.

Finally lowered her a bit more in the front though this isn't all. Still have to work on the fender's inner edges and the frame to deepen her more. As I have to change the wheels anyway to disassemble the RS's the back isn't lowered yet. Just was bored and exact adjustment certainly will follow at a later date.

    Potato update

Gave the interior some love and had a fight versus ancient dust. I think I never really cleaned it.

Then I gifted her some aurum.

Maybe I've the time and motivation to work on the engine bay tomorrow; update will follow. Thanks for watching.

A long, long time has passed now and slowly I`m beginning to work on the Jetta. Finally she has found her new place in my village; an oversized parking lot in an underground garage where I can work on her better.
Through the winter months she will be lowered, the wheels will be restored and refined and some more things will happen. More about it asap.

Last weekend I installed yellow headlights. The effect in the picture isn`t the same as in real but it comes close to it. Now it`s even more fun to drive around at night, people breaking their necks and the illumination is excellent, so I don`t had do make any compromises.
