Ghetto Rat Mk4
Hi , i've been on this on this forum for a couple of months now ,and i've not been really active in the last month , because here in quebec there is real severe rules about stance and hellaflush , so the police arrested me and gave me a mandatory inspection or i could not roll my car again
Every Mk4 guys know that when you want to go low you must cut you frame , so it is safe to say , that my car will never pass the inspection
So
I ruined it
just to bring it to Canada's biggest Euro event EUROKRACY , on a trailer
so here it is
How i first got it October 2013
Then i got Fk Streetline,small antenna , centering plates , amber markers and and found beetle headrest in March 2014
Summer 2014 i got Custom BMW Banded steelies and adapters 17x9.5 and 17x8.5
but i didn't really understand how offset worked so it gave me a crazy final offset of -10 in the rear , wich is quite impossible to fit with stock arch in the rear
Then i decided it was too wide and wanted to go LOWER , i was at 24" ftg in the front at this point
then i bought a set of 17x7 et47 stock bmw steelies , audi 90 strut mount and i pulled out the helper spring in March 2015 ,but the police didn't like it , they shuted me down in a week , with the helper spring out and audi 90 mounts i achieved 22.5" fender to ground !
at this point the car was not legal to go on public roads and had no money and no interest in making this 250000km 2.0L Golf road legal , so i ruined it
i putted the 17x8,5 in front and the 9.5 were about to go back in the rear
fitment was on point at 22.5" ftg
i then removed the rear adjustement on the fk's
The day before Eurokracy
And a couple of snaps at Eurokracy taken by difenrent photographers , i should have gone lower in the front and full camber in the rear ,but still i had a blast at the event !
