Anyways, i did some more maintenance related stuff today. I'm trying to get all my maintenance out of the way before i start modding. So today, i did my front and rear pads and rotors, changed my oil for Mobil 1 Full Synthetic, and changed my Rear Diff fluid for some mobil 1 stuff.
So when i was jacking up the car i noticed my pinch welds were rusty... so just to be safe
As soon as i got all the wheels off i went to lay out all my parts and noticed the guy at autozone gave me the wrong rotors.... needless to say i went back and.... "Explained" the situation
So after i got back i accessed the situation. I was planning on painting my calipers but after i saw the amount of rust and grime on them i realized it just wasn't worth it. I'll start saving for a big brake upgrade instead.
I did try to remove the rust though... Coke apparently works well but i guess my calipers had too much.
Right before i finished the rear rotors though, i had a little surprise show up in the mail
MR UNAMUSED!!!!111!!!
So yeah i got the rears all buttoned up and it looked much better than before.
After i did the rear brakes i moved on to changing my rear diff fluid.. which turned out to be the easiest thing i have ever done tbh.
You need to remove the top plug to release pressure then remove the bottom plug to drain out the fluid. The bottom plug had a magnet to catch metal shavings and luckily mine didn't look too bad! (I cleaned it off before i could take a pic)
And here it was draining....
And here it is all put back together...
At this point i got lazy and stopped taking pictures hahahaha... so yeah. I just need to order some transmission fluid and replace that and i should be set maintenance wise for a good while. Coilovers should be here wednesday so those will be installed soon too. I can't wait

Plus he has a subaru, not a honda.. Thats almost as useless as that toyota celica over in japan thats running like 18" wide wheels and 1000 degrees of negative camber.. Being bagged would be different.. For like hardparked its cool.

Only pussies have to do 2mph because their 1970s piece of shit hooptie cant hit a pot hole without the the rust breaking on them
At least try to make ur car appealing to ppl on the road.. But then again u give a lot of ppl good laughs.
