Can't wait to start messing with this one.

As for the FC, It is in storage and I go and start it up every now and then. There are some big changes happening with that car as always. I will keep everyone posted on that and give moar better updates next time I go visit her.

The goal is to lay frame in the evo on air. I will be putting the cerberus on it at first and then moving to 17s if I have to. Of course this means I will be getting new wheels for the RX to support the shakotan style look I will be going for. Already bought a few little things for the Evo but the goal is to have bags within the next month or two. If anybody knows anyone selling air parts (compressor, management, tank, etc) please let me know. I will be on the lookout. I will be buying the actual struts and bags new, but am not opposed to buying used management and such.

Ill be bringing updates on both cars as they come as well as some better photos of the evo once i get some. Also will be updating you guys on my dads 55' so I can stay active when I personally dont have any updates. Till next time boiz

            • Bagged Evo (laying fraim) is like having the best looking girl to go to Prom and taking your sister instead.

with many cars but not with this one. Function over Form

              Sincerely,

A very jelly individual who wish he too had his dream EVO. Good luck.

I was hoping someone would say this. I can assure you that the way I intend to build this car, the performance will still be there as well. I'm not saying that it is going to be an ultimate track car, but it will have very similar performance to what it has now even with the air suspension. I personally can't wait to have the best of both worlds.

                  • Hai. Apologies for the thread neglect once again. Some small updates. First off, I would like to say that I have made 0 progress on the evo. Eh, kinda saving for something else. The wheel gap really kills me and trust me I would love to have it low already, but there is some other stuff that I really want to handle first, so that leads us to the RX.

Car is still in storage in a remote garage in BFE WV. Buddy and I went up to check on it and finish getting the carpet out. After about 10 mins of messing with it, we just cut that shit out. So now it looks like this.

Now plans are to get the sound deadening out and get the inside painted. I think I'm already decided on white so don't change my mind.

I also swapped the rear wheels on the Evo and the RX... sw33t dr1ft Spar3zz.

So for the next visit, there will be sound deadening removal, boring paint stuff, and alot of dicking around. Seriously though, I am going to snag a hydro for this and get it finished up the best I can so that I can actually start using my car for what I want to. Not doing much as of rn considering I just had surgery to get my balls removed on Friday...

jk.. tonsilectomy.. but for real, I'll probably be living on here so feel free to comment and say how much my car sucks or is cool or whatever so I have something to do while i have the week off of work.

One more thing, Idk if I said it, but I'm kinda getting into beer a bit and im not sure if any of you fellas are, but for the small chance there are some beer bros looking at this, here is one of the best I have had lately.

Feel free to throw recommendations and other beer related stuff at me since I am kinda new to this as well. Peace muchachos.

                    • Your car is fucking perfect and I'm beyond jealous. Good work dude.

I don't know if they get it on the east coast, and I don't know if you like dark beer, but Belching Beaver's Peanut Butter Milk Stout is damn delicious.

                      • Beer is bad, keep on good liquor. My brother is a self described "beer connoisseur" and gained like 30 lbs in the last year. We don't want to see fat albert drifting around an rx7, or you might need v8 to haul you around. Or just drink it in moderation, but where's the fun in that?

Have you tried mixing beers? When I go out and get a couple pints I drink them down half way, mix them, sip down again, mix a few samples in and chug. Don't know why but I don't particularly like one kind of beer. I just kind of like the "neutral" flavor I get from mixing a bunch of them together. It makes me forget that beer makes me fat.

The Belching Beaver Stout you're talking about is absolutely delicious, have you tried the Me So Honey Wheat Ale by chance? Another one of my favorites.
