Love what your doing to this supra. Those wheels are insane! Looking forward to the finished product

I got the last wheel tacked up and square. I still have a little straightening to do on the other rear wheel It is a little farther out than I would like it to be so I'll cut the tack welds off it and re do it tomorrow and hopefully have them both ready to be welded up and done soon.

I <3 MKIII's, and the super aggressive wheels are making it even better.

I pulled the front fenders enough to not rub the tires and drove it to a local cruise in that is less then 1/2 mile from my house. There is still some slight tire rubbing on hard bumps but for tires that haven't been balanced they didn't shake or vibrate but I didn't get above 40.

Well apparently I didn't get the passenger side fender rolled enough because the tire decided to eat it. haha but that gives me motivation to start moving metal around and hitting stuff with a big hammer. I got the passenger side sort of straightened out and moved some stuff around and pulled the bottom of the fender out I still need to make a bracket to hold the bottom of the bumper out, I had a hammer pushing it out for the pic but that is farther than i want it. It will eventually get where I want it.

After the fender got messed up I decided to just make some flares and weld on while i was filling in the body molding. Still a lot of work to do to get them smoothed out and ready for filler but the tires don't hit them now. I started trying to figure out what I'm doing with the rears and It is going to be ridiculous back there. I ordered some new tires for all around. 235/45 for the front and 315/35 for the rear. I still need to finish the rear wheels and get tires mounted before I can actually start on the rear body work. Pics because everyone loves pics. haha

I love when you open up a build thread for a cheap car and you think "this probably won't go anywhere" then you see that the owner shaves with axle grease and snorts formaldehyde and pulls batshit crazy junk like this

I did a thing today. Rear wheels are welded and tires are on and they are on the car and they roll. haha Now body work and body work and probably some more body work to make them fit under the car. Rear wheels are 13" wide on the inside where the tire seats. the offset is either -63 or -76 the backspaceing is 4.5" if anyone knows how to calculate that let me know exactly what I'm working with.

I got the new front tires put on today and parked the car on the street so I could get a picture of everything all together. It is starting to look like what I was seeing in my mind.
