    Bad paint job/ Bad wheels... But but everything is fixable.

    Wheels in need of repair. That's why I didn't use the rwheels with the white wall.

    Yes, no problem They were very popular in the north of Norway, many people had Pobeda's back in the day. I have two Volga 24's, but they are from an estonian friend of mine, so not been in norway that long

    Wow, this is one serious build I believe this is what was called 'Победа' (='Victory') if I am not mistaken. There was a Polish vehicle of the same era, that was a direct license copy of it (called 'Warszawa'). Good luck!
