The guy I bought it from tried to fix cracks by caking on bondo so thats gonna be fun to fix



Then I decided to put it up to my stock bumper and god damn i cant wait to get it painted.

Those cracks will be a total bitch to fix, my Z had a crack on the rear bumper and i couldn't for the love of god get the bondo to shit flush. It was always either indented or stuck out and it annoyed the shit out of me. I just ended up finding another bumper and buying it.

Bondo is easy to play with, I would try tiger hair from the back, then just a quick skim coat on the front to hide the line. 100, 320, 800, 1000 grit in that order.

I shaved my sprayer nozzles and rear wiper hole by JB welding sheet metal from behind and skimming bondo over the holes. No one will ever be the wiser.

Yeah im not using bondo for this repair tho. Maybe to smooth it out afterwards but for the actual cracks im using this plastic repair shit (which happens to be made by bondo but still)








Its a little messy right now but im waiting for it to cure currently and then ill sand it down and smooth it over
