I've been messing around with the suspension a bunch over the last couple weeks trying to get it dialed in better and I think I'm almost there. I was able to take out some of the rear camber and I ended up using a 5mm spacer in the front. Pretty happy with how it is sitting now.
Stared at that picture for 2 minutes.
Great work and thanks for sharing
Thanks man, appreciate it!
I got the car back on the ground and driving again this weekend. I haven't posted much in this thread but I originally tried running 235/40/17 S. Drives and they were way too big and didn't stretch at all. Went down to 215/40/17 and they work great. However, the rears just weren't going to fit without a silly amount of camber so tires came back off and the back side of the wheel got machined about 5mm. I'm still not happy with the rear camber and have some other ideas to get a little more clearance; last of which is fender work but 99% sure I'm not going that route.
Anyway, a few pics for you guys:
From some angles I don't mind the rear but straight on I think it just looks like too much camber, IDK?
10j fronts and tucked!!! I tried on my mates 9.5j JR11s up front and they were touching the coilover at et22, they poked as much as my RKs, trying to get my head around tucked 10s lol
Damn those are wide! 10j on the front with stock body is incredible
I have a surprising amount of clearance in the front with these Broadway Static bags, the actual bag sits way above the wheel. The test fit pictures above are with a 10 in the front.
Got my wheels together and bolted up, just need to seal them. Specs ended up being 17x10 square with 2.5" lips front and 3.0" lips rear. Should have tires mounted in a few days.
