  • The no stance located here continued

I guess its been nearly a year since ive been here, so here i am!
Well, im still in the process of modding my 92 6spd lt1 vette. Its my daily and has a boat load of miles on it. Its been pretty reliable for the most part and recently gave it a major service redoing the timing chain, water pump, full ignition replacement, brakes etc. Ive been trying to do a little here and there on the car and am still miles away from what i want; i wish i had more moneysss!
    Anyways
    Hella stanced right here

    And how we sit today
yeah, i know not the best wheel whatever they were cheap and theyre not that bad. I refinished them in silver as they were black.

And the interesting bit, the stereo

Every bit of the stereo is custom built by me with a no compromise attitude using some of the best equipment available which consists of morel supremo piccolo tweeters, morel hybrid 4s, and supremo sw9 midbass and an sws 15 subwoofer out in the hatch all processed by the pioneer p99rs, mine is the jdm carrozzeria p01 same thing. The amps are currently overhauled planet audio usa built amps, and a ppi amp. Amps will soon change over to either helix a class or mosconi when i get around to redoing the trunk again this summer.
    Midpods

    Even hand made grills

    Midbass pods

With the covers and loading board removed you can see whats going on, this was just a quick 1 hour job until i get my stuff together and redo it

    Plans for the car...
I would like to get the front lowered so i can get some of my rake back because since the last time i dropped it it just leveled out and doesnt look aggressive anymore. I will most likely get an adjustable racing front leaf as coils dont drop the car as low as i have it right now. Maybe make it a little faster and redo the exhaust too. Its still my daily so it needs to be somewhat drivable so nothing extreme! Perhaps new wheels when everything else is done...

    Looking forward to more.

Super jealous of the stereo, how much did you invest in the door speakers(tweeter/midrange/woofer) if you don't mind me asking?

That's a mean audio setup. Love the ride and the wheels actually suit it very well!

you should have a look at parts express at their home audio speakers, very affordable and they have fr charts of all their speakers So you can get an idea of what youre buying. Installation is the most important part, the rest starts to be diminishing returns when you have decent speakers.

I kind of get the vibe that most people dont really want to like the car, i was guilty of this too. But after spending a year with it, its really a fun car For its price. Its incredibly raw and very muscle car like; very unrefined! I rather like that makes daily driving an event.

The end bits on the wheel where they flare out are kinda fugly, but tethey really do suit the car. I think they were designed to be benz wheels.

                Thx for the compliments
