cars being an asshole and getting hot, replaced radiator cap. seemed to help but ive only driven about 4 miles so i dont know yet.

the temp goes up when im in gear, and drops to normal when im coasting or parked. its weird. yesterday turned the heater on when it was hot and it blew cold. ill know for sure if the cap fixed it tonight. if it didnt ill try thermostat tomorrow. also spacers or new rims hopefully in the future. gotta pay off the credit card first so i can look like a big baller again hahaha

Its definitely your thermostat. My dads car did the same thing till we replaced it.

I'm from Detroit but, im posted in Port (urine) Huron where there is absolutely no car scene what so ever lol. Alotta truck dudes though. Gonna have to squad up one of these days lol. i don't know if you've been to the Woodward cruise but that's this year.

ive honestly been thinking about going back white, peeling the dip off is gonna suck haha also im the same way, i have a loan on this car though. i cant sell it until its paid off!

car still seems to be doing fine, it is leaking coolant from somewhere though. besides finally removing the residue on the trunk from the impreza badge i didnt do anything to the car. i did go over and give my dad a hand with my brothers truck though
