Yeah i followed a guide on LXForums to install one. From what they've said it should work great.Originally posted by Oh Damn, it's Sam View PostY'all need to learn how to take a screen shot, for real.
Be cautious about how you fab up that tow hook setup. I ripped off most of the front end of a Volvo rally car pulling it out of a ditch due to some jackass bolting a tow hook to a stupid spot.
Thanks dude!! And yeah i needa touch up a spot on my trunk too so that should be really helpful!Originally posted by rice4life View PostHere's a super helpful diy on how to paint things yourself. A high quality clear is a must so it doesn't peel, and won't get cloudy within the first few years.
If you decide to stick with the flares, they might not fit super flush against the bacon and you might have to trim the metal.
Yeah i was planning on trimming haha
They're like duraflex or that weird stuff. I'll probably look into an autobody glue to get them to stick.Originally posted by DER E30 View PostAre the flares fiberglass or some kind of plastic/urathane whatever? I used some 3m panelbond on the fiberglass fenders on my truck last year and it seems to still be holding haha

In other news, i think i may have a bad wheel bearing because i have a little bit of squeaking coming from the passenger front wheel that changes with the RPM's and isn't always there... sometimes it sounds fine. Idk what it is just yet though.

Thanks hahaha, fronts will be fitted soon when i get more money. But yeah i don't really like chargers that are low but they just keep the wheels sunk. It just doesn't fit the aggressive nature of the car imoOriginally posted by fackinsteve View PostThank god this has fitment. Theres a kid local to me that has an R/T on BCs and 0 fitment whatsoever

That's true. I wish the rears were a little wider than the fronts but whateves, and i know it just flows well. I like how the fender flows directly into my tire in like a straight line in the rear for some reason. I dunno i think it looks coolOriginally posted by fackinsteve View PostYeh the car is pretty wide to begin with plus with the right offsets it just a million bazillion times better
