Be sure to put it on EVENLY, my wheels with 6ish coats on them were out of balance from it... Could really feel it in the triple digits...

Edit: When I took the plastidip off and painted my weeeeels gold , they were super smooooooth.

Thanks guys! I have good and bad news. Bad news... the wheels won't be mounted till tomorrow because drying time and i don't wanna mess them up since they actually look pretty good. Good news.... if it's nice out then my friend who has a 68' charger and I are gonna go out and take pics tomorrow night... so that'll be pretty sweet (with a DSLR this time i promise ). I'll post some dry pics in about 4 hours or so or whenever plasti dip dries

Yeah, who would have thought that paint could wack your wheel's balance? But it happened so I believe it now.

This time Imma paint my wheels before having the tires mounted and balanced

Also, I mounted my wheels with tacked up paint on them, just don't touch the wheels themselves and only the tires. and be careful sticking the lugnuts in.

SO AFTER A LONG NIGHT.... I DID IT.

i got anxious and decided to mount them... it's too dark for pics outside, and really the flash doesn't do it justice. It looks 1000x better in the sunlight so i'll take some pics with the DSLR tomorrow. I'm also gonna lower the front a bit and eventually i need to cut a coil on my back spring because it's maxxed out. Anyways.. pics

As you can tell the rear needs more lows desperately. I may need to cut that coil pretty soon it's getting on my nerves.

Not low enough. But those reps look amazing. Get some spacers. But serious the color of the wheels are spot on. Dip the guard the same color.

Yeah i'm probably gonna dip the guard if i have enough. And i know i know my fronts are at about half but the rears are maxxed out so i'm probably gonna cut a coil or two off the spring. I'm gonna get a small spacer for the fronts and a larger one for the rears and sit hellaflush

I'll probably look into new springs. I dunno how easy it's gonna be to find shorter ones because not too many people slam a v6 charger
