....do those even go low or are they just good coils?

Get the Mono-SS coils, much cheaper, still have damping adjustment, and they have camber plates for the front (or at least for my car they did). Sweet deal IMO.
Jon can attest to Godspeed's amazingness as well.

They lower decently from what I've seen but there is more function then lows as I live in a farm town. I've seen them on a lot of autocross cars on Hondatech and they all said they could get pretty low.

"TEIN TEIN Super Street damper kit was designed for drivers seeking improved handling on the street and at the track. A shortened shell case is utilized to allow the most piston stroke possible, which allows for a better ride at lowered ride heights, and increased grip at the track. Great for daily driving and occasion track use, whether it be at the drag strip, local circuit, or Auto-X course. Includes both ride height and 16 levels of damping force adjustment to allow the driver to dial in the suspension for various road conditions."

                        Strait from Tein's site

they are amazing, did not go as low as I was wanted or maybe I was doing something wrong (shock was going to rub through my axle boot) but the new owner loves them till she blew a shock but they are 3-4 years old at this point and well for the $380 I paid for them brand new I could have not been any happier with them

Nothing is wrong with cut springs as long as they seat in the top hat correctly and you're careful with bringing the car down off a jack. Personally mine aren't cut but I know plenty of friends who do have cut springs both front and rear.
