  • My other ride is a TIE fighter

    hey everyone.

I will keep the words to a minimal. Here is my Pontiac g8 GT aka "//Darkside"
6.2L rotating asemmbly, Heads, Cam, Ported Thottle body. Polished. ZR1 Fuel set up and ignition set up. 2500 STALL, Valve body upgrades, Long tube headers, FUll 3 inch exhaust with x pipe. CTS-V Brake upgrade. Id make a Real mod lists but that would just take up space, You guys get the idea. Dyno sheet included to show the Recent more aggressive tune

Video of My Brother and I

Everything is happening pretty quickly because I want to make it in time for spring.

    Here it is Right now.

My brother owns the Blue GTO, you will see him pop up from time to time. Hes also in the process of fitting it properly.

    BC coilovers install

The wheels. a set of CCW SP16S Hybrids. They are 20x10 in the front with a +25 offset and 20x11 with a +13 offset in the rear.

    Test fitting wheels

    Test fitting WITH tires

Now its time to Dial in the stance and Go More low. I absolutely H 8 (its censoring H A T E for some reason??) the way the Front tires fit. They are 245/35's, already have a set of 235/35s that Will be going on inplace of them to match the rear stretch and allow for Fender on Side wall action.

Keep an eye out for updates as the weather warms up,

    Damn!

Very nice so far, drop the front already. Instead of a thinner tire, why don't you just add some negative camber and lower it?

This is awesome!!! Do these things have an IRS? I think it could use some camber in the rear hahaha.

Wow, that happened quickly. Very nice. Rear could use just a few degrees of camber IMO.
        Great neck

Right now, Front and rear are running Just slightly over 1 Degree of camber. Id Like to keep the Negative camber to a minimum considering I'm starting to Nip at the heals of 500hp, I need all the contact I can get. I plan on Pulling as much of the stock metal as I can and then the Front and Rear will be Laid out. Destroy all the wheel gap!

I have Adjustable Upper/Lower control arms as well as Toe bars. Once it warms up a little bit i will be dialing everything in.

While camber would look really cool, you are 100% right about contact patch. Pull the shit out of those fenders and dump it on its ass it'll look mean.
