Not bad. Not the direction I would have gone with it but its your car so you do what you want. Thumbs up to you my friend.

Intentional rust looks horrible. The rest of the car looks great though!

Not 100% with you on the hood and trunk, but I don't **** it either.

    I love everything else, though!

    my '87 mx73 cressida!i!i

Got this thing in a trade a while back. I've wanted one for several years, so when someone offered me a factory 5spd cressida with everything but the digi-dash, I had to have it! Keep in mind reading this I have less than $1000 into this car, including the car itself.

Looked like this when I got it.

Then I scored some wheels for it from a friend for $100! 16x8 +10 ARE mesh. Needed work, but what doesn't for $100.

Then with a set of sustech springs (for a celica-supra with 2 coils cut out) and a set of shorter struts, I got to this after a few days of owning it. I couldn't rock the 4x4 height :P.

I got a wood wheel for free from a friend that was broken. Fixed that (I don't pay for anything btw).

Put in purple plush seats out of a mx32 cressida.

    Painted the wheels silver.

Then I patina'd the hood and trunk. 50% of everyone hates it. I don't care. This is how the car currently sits, I took these pics on sunday .

Plans? I've got most of the parts for air-ride already. Need valves and a switch box. Then this thing will be on air. Most of the complaints I get out of this thing are about wheel fitment, but I don't necessarily want this thing flush. I need to be able to tuck these wheels so I can lay unibody
