I say run the overfenders from the baseboard to the like 3 o clock position and leave the rear of the tires exposed. In regards to the side dump, does it have to be a steel plate? could you run a louver in the front of the fender like the porsche 930 and maybe add a aluminum heat sink in the fender. just my 2c

"GREW SOME NUTS" as my friend would say..decided for the 9000th time that I'm not quitting on the car.

This past week I finally cut the rear fenders off. Awaiting steel wire to create a frame for the fenders to give it a shape and then form the metal sheet to it!

      HUGE PICTURES INCOMING
Removed Rear subframe: bushings are burnt toast, rust everywhere

      The molested 325i parts car

The new rear will need...lots of love, also $$$

Just for laughs, one spring refused to stop sucking on the perches nipple. Rust expanded and held it in place...

Probably because the other nipple is a pepperoni whose piercing was removed...

Alright enough nasty analogies, I plan on fabbing some new perch nipples and replacing bushings all around. ECS Tuning has a complete suspension refresh/upgrade for about $400 so thats on the list. going to need to replace brake lines, and wil definatley be replacing rotors and pads, along with hopefully powder coating the calipers. Finishing the 325i rear removal tomorrow. All for now!

The exhaust might not be able to be cut through the drivers side rocker like i had planned. the gas tank is a real bitch for that area. It COULD possibly come out the passengers front fender but that would SERIOUSLY be cramming it in. Ill figure it out when i get to it...

Thanks brotha, it would sort of be an exagerated Duck tail, like found on the roadsters Z3/Z4. Unfortunatley havent touched in months. Removed rear subframe and bought revshift bushings,. began cleaning/cutting spare tire well out and preparing for a bagriders suspension but i stopped there..
