been arguing with myself and the missus all week, i think! i'm gonna leave it as is, silver. I have a highlight colour in mind, have a couple of bits that colour in the parts bucket! so, im thinking silver, black and 'highlight'. BUT, im pretty much going to have to redo every panel, so maybe a colour change on the cards....and again with the wheels, dunno bout the colour for them either! lol!

I like this thing, if you were to go real low you'd strike gold with this
Great progress and I love seeing the DIY, if I had to change one thing I'd rebadge the front grill but hey thats just my own opinion

cheers, more 'simple' mods to come before i search more lows/camber/fitment. it drives, so i'm content with that. going to work on the rest of it, make it mechanically sound and pleasing to the eye first, then go back to stance.

i've been looking at the front end in general, and something isnt clicking for me - its on the agenda, just dont know where it's going to take me though!

        thanks for the feedback

Yeah that's probably the best way to approach it. In regards to the front, it could be that the rear bumper and side skirt sit quite low in the silver colour whereas the front lip is black, and doesnt pop enough to make it seem inline with the rest of the kit. You could try playing about in photoshop to see what you could come up with

Any idea if any other front ends bolt up?

Might be cool to give it a facelift if there like a newer Vecta/Astra front that bolts up.

Canny mind but was there a SRi for this gen?

Yeah, there was the gsi model, which to be fair is a nice front end, but soo over done! its like the first mod for a vectra is to put a gsi front bumper on.

so avoiding that, dont know if i'm brave enough for the fibreglass kit look; there's a few decent looking ones on the ebay, but there notoriously awful for fitting!
