I bought a power steering cooler setup with lines and sent it over to my buddies so he can take measurements of any necessary brackets. As well as fitment issues. The car is currently at his garage about an hour and a half from me. Hopefully this weekend I can get up there and assemble the rear subframe. Of course when everything arrived the power steering to 6an adapter did not sit on the seal instead it bottomed out on the adapter for the pump before it hit the seal. So he trimmed the adapter and that sits in the pump and shortened the fitting so the oring seal could now work as well as removed the pressed in flare.

Another small update as I paint more things in preparing for assembling the rear subframe this weekend. I received my AN fittings for the thermostat, cooler, and filter relocation. So my buddy, who does all the gnarly fab and welding, created some brackets. I owe all the neat stuff in this build to him. He designed in CAD, prototyped on a 3D printer, and then CNC'd/bent brackets for perfect alignment and visible placement.

As you can see the first test fit was a bit off:

    But he honed it in:

Finally been able to get momentum going on this again. Rear subframe is powdercoated. Front subframe 240sx steering rack modifications were redone re-inforced and powdercoated. I found an infiniti J30 steering column donated its splines to get welded onto my starion column.

Got rid of the coolant lines, traction control, and made room for intercooler piping all in one go:

Also deleted the AC condenser except its bracket holds up the alternator so something will need to be made up.

I found New Old Stock fenders online. Bought them because I found someone to paint my entire car and engine bay. Gonna go with Ooh La La Rouge Mica, toyota color for a toyota power plant.

Not the craziest update but I got a 2jz timing tensioner bracket, turns out the 1jz one is different. Got it modified to work on the 1jz. Also got my OEM Timing belt from japan. Also ordered a coolant purge tank, oil filter relocation, and some lines.
