It looks good man. I suggest copy/ pasting the BBC code from a select few pictures to give more people an idea of what's going on here. You have a very interesting build that isnt generating much discussion because you aren't hosting pictures in the thread.

cleaned ? this chromes are very dirty ( they don't show on the pictures ) but before they go to their place i'll clean one by one with special product for chromes.

Well, if you see how mine looks, you will understand. Mine is al milky and can't get them clean with metal polish or other products... (anodized aluminium), that's why I asked, maybe you had a trick for me :-)

removal of aircon box

Hi there, when you stripped down your merc, did you remove the aircon box under the dash, would like to know how it comes out, lol.
