The car put down a 7.65 seconds 60-130 today with some wheelspin the "highest horsepower LP640" did it in 8.6 with egear. So this thing is fukking moving out. .

Have you thought about making a carbon fiber plate to mount under the intake? It might help seal up the backside from the manifolds, and keep the heat out some. A pre-made carbon sheet and a permagrit blade on a jigsaw would be about all you would need.
