Hope everyone is doing well in these awkward times.
Wanted for some time now some Surf Pads for my wingbars for when the box wasnt on, to be able to put on things and not scratch my bars. So naturally I opted for Thule products once again, and went for their 845000 pads, which are wide for my bars. Luckily enough they were in stock, so I bought two sets just to . . . well you know me by now. Just because.
I also purchased another Thule product, which is an Led Light for their Thule box than turns on automatically when you open the box, being very handy in the dark (times like now).
The final days before the quaranting started in my country, I tried to find time to switch my tires from winter ones, to the 17 inch summer ones , instead of the 18 ones at this point.
So i grabbed my bridgestones, although they are not the oem radius of 215-40-17 but instead 225-45-17 which i opted for because i totally love this tire, which is OEM for a subaru impreza sti and r35 gtr.
Then the door cards, first apc with a brush, then after dried, some Meg's Interior Detailing which is an amazing product leaving the correct amount of bling, not more, not less
First up was the exhaust back box which was looking tired from everyday use.
Did a quick pass with APC and then some metal polish to enhance the welding spots.
But was it really ? Tought times were coming and little did i know, until i filled my diesel tank and someone noticed a leak under the belly of the car.
Love this project, A1īs are such cool little cars. Yourīs looking really good.
Have you done anything special to get your Bilsteins so low in the rear? I have removed the threaded sleeve on my B14īs on my Polo but itīs still 20mm to high...

Thank you very much.
Yes i have also done this much, removed the rear cups for adjusting height, and that's about it really. Other than that, as i bought it, on a stock car.
I just had to roll fenders.
