I'm not sure if I want reclinable or fixed back with a harness or not. Idk I just think it looks cool and may be a good investment if I ever autox or anything with it.
Cool dude no rush from me lol. (apart from my previous comment) but other than that one yeah.

Take your time and make this the most perfect DA in the US.

Also, here are some really crappy pictures the night I was working on the car. Yes I know the front bulkhead is bent, it was like that when I bought it and I'm unsure if I want to try and bang it back in shape myself or just buy a used core support which I've been watching on eBay for about 250 shipped.

So no super crazy updates other than the fact I've been working a lot and I haven't been able to get a whole lot done. However, I managed to make it to Lansing which is where my car is at parked in my mother's complex. pulled the whole knuckle off with the bad bearing:

    New bearing:

Had a shop press it out and reinstall the new one. I tried to do it at my school because we have a hydraulic press but we didn't have the correct bearing size adapters so yeah a new bearing and 25 dollars later:

Then I've been cleaning up the head I bought with my cheap dremel. I completely disassembled the valvetrain and planning on mildly building it even though Ls heads are not the best flowing, I don't care whatsoever. Its just for my knowledge not to be cool in anyone's eyes. Anyway, seriously thinking about porting and polishing it myself, and spent a lot of time reading about what to take off and how the atomization turbulence is affected by the finish of the ports, but that's a side project. Here are pictures for your eyes though: 2 chambers cleaned up of carbon and somewhat polished

Man I should swap a b series into my car. #ThatNonVtecLifeTho but I do get awesome gas mileage which is cool.
Also, bswaps are really straight forward and as you know a really common swap. If you want a little more power to build off of go for it. Otherwise, if you want to stay d series but want to feel the power more and are willing to sacrifice mpg, get mfactory close ratio gears and do a high compression build or throw a turbo kit. At least the fmic and charge piping are usually alright from the emusa/godspeed kits from what I hear, but I would opt for a used t3/t4 garret or precision or even a holset.

Yeah homie haha. I got the banner sticker as well. But some progress pictures will be coming soon. Unfortunately, I probably won't be getting the gcs yet due to low funds and the fact that I impulse bought like a 100 dollars worth of cheap harbor freight tools. And I drive a v8 as a daily and I put at least 150 dollars worth of gas in the past 3 weeks when I get paid every two weeks lol. Pics of said progress will probably be up tomorrow though

Well, this is unrelated to stancing my car but more or so the engine.. I bought this:

Not entirely sure what my plans as far as power are...I'd love to boost it and make 250hp at the wheels reliably. I know a used garrett t3, arp rod bolts and headstuds and a topmount or log manifold would suffice. The head is complete except for cam gears. It needs new exhaust valves too but I think I'm going to invest in a valvetrain overhaul. May or may not go with adjustable cam gears. Probably going to try and do some porting and polishing myself after I find a intake manifold.

Next, I'll be getting some cam gears and a valve cover gasket kit to work on a little pit. I'll probably take it apart though. That's it for now! Probably getting the gcs in the next 2 weeks or so. Bought/got some slapperz , unsure where to put them:

If you're starting it for the first time after it sat all winter make sure you clean your battery wires and posts. Mine didn't want to fire until I knocked off the oxidation with green scotch bright.
