Hello!
This is my e28 thread.
This was what i bought, original e28 520 shadowline, 1 owner and 110k km.
Bought some style 5s rc090 and refinished them, got an m5 lip and some lowering springs 45/80mm

After this "transformation" i got a new pair of shoes for her.
BBS for kerscher rx057-058 , 10" et 11 and 9" et 8
didnt think the car was low enough, so i built some coilovers for it

They are at this moment rebuilt from 10-9" to 10 and 11"

Please tell me what you think, and if you want to see more old/new pics and i'll post some more

What do you think about 215/45 on the front 17x10 et -4,5 , and 235/45 on the rear 17x11 et -1,5?

4.5 inch lips? Looks good!

As for tires, personall I would go with 215/45 and 245/40 because those will have the same height. 235/45 will be quite a bit taller than the 215! I'm going with 215/45 and 245/40 myself on my 10x17 and 11.25x17

most people upload their photos off-site (ie: photobucket, dropbox) - you won't have any troubles with size that way.
Car looks good! I might ditch the German flag badge thing in the grille personally.

Yeah 4" front and 5" rear!
Yeah, thinking of 215/40 front and 245/40 rear, but at this moment i just need to figure out the fitment.. so 215/45 and 235/45 are going to be the "first test".

Yeah, i kind of agree, since the car got that "clean look" the flag badge kinda changes that imo.

Got the 235/45s on today, a bit too high sidewall .. but i'll take a testfit tomorrow and see how it looks like, if it gets to "tight" i'll try 225/40
