I run JOM coilovers on my E36, they're cheap for a reason - they're shit in comparison to other quality items (BC)

The reason i bought them - to get lows on a budget!

I run my touring on e39 Jom, front is some welding and another top mount, I use a redrilled e30 mount and for the rears i've just chopped 3 laps of the spring. Sits alright and I can lay her flat

Maybe you're right, certainly indeed but i don't know, I dont wanna spend twice the price of my car in coils either !

As a broke student i'd really want to keep it low budget

Btw, did anyone know if the jom's are bolt in for the e34 ? Cause i dont know anything about welding man !

It looks nice man! Just needs some low and it'll look great. I'm in the same boat searching for low but I'm gonna save for good coils like bc's. I was looking into joms but I've heard mixed things about them.

Maybe save for some quality coilovers rather then cutting corners? Just my opinion cause I'm kinda in the same boat

Hey all

An update of the thing for those who still care about it :P

It has some issues and it was stuck in my driveway for about three months, that's the main reason why i did not updated in here...

This is a "near Marseilles beach" photo



This was before it broke down, I went on the coast with a friend of mine for a cruising time






That's the "friend's phone crappy quality" pic, oh and that's me btw



Did some donuts in the gravel with its 4x4 stance



The latests pics before i put it outside and left it




How she sat for 3 months




Then I tried to find why it wouldn't start, figured it came from the ignition




Changed the distributor, the ignition coil and the sparks but it didn't do anything
So "she" ended up like this.
By the end i mean i scrapped it















































































































































Well, no, just kidding.





This was a big relief uh ?

I'm not good at it sorry...














Well the garage where i sent it said that was the ignition wires, the only thing i did'nt changed...

But now it works and i'm happy

Did some other pics right when i got it back, not washed but i was so impatient






That's it for now, since it runs almost great i use it as my daily (which i bought it for...)

But a man wanted to come and see it and maybe buy it so i'm gonna leave it like this until he comes, and if he don't, I'm gonna lay her down man !

I need to change the front tires, maybe buy the same as the rear which are slightly thinner, and buy some JOM coilovers i was talking about...

And i think i'm going to lose the front m badge...

Mounted a M5 plate, think it looks good, and it does center the license plate cause it was too much on the left (see older pics)
