They are Fifteen52...16x9 et10. The only Fifteen52 16s in existence I believe
The front bumper I found is from a Passat GT, which was not released in the US to my knowledge. It is one solid piece of plastic with the euro plate space molded in, unlike the US version that breaks into a bunch of pieces (removable lip, inner grille, etc).
The car I got it off was a base model GL with no mods, so it must have been sourced by someone in the know or a dealer as an accident fix at some point. It actually doesn't clip all the way into the US subframe either...I had to zip tie it and use the fog light covers to hide them
not sure if you would be interested or if b3 rails are the same width as b4...but I have an oem rack from my b4 that is tight in the front cuz its from a b5 I think but it fits fine, I just never trimmed it down like I wanted to.
sucks about the wheel issues, but the wagon is looking awesome.

I have the OEM B3 crossbars now...I will take better photos and post this weekend. Found them NIB in Canada via a defunct dealership in Germany. They came with some paperwork too...I'll dig it up for the nerds.
there are a lot of european folk here, should you ever need parts you can't find stateside
There are a few things I need for sure. The problem is the price inflation getting things over here. Hard to find true B3/B4 people that aren't just out to make money. Those GT tails cost me a pretty penny to get into the US
yeah dude, a bay area wagon with a full black interior swap! i had to buy a whole car for that, awesome that you found it in a yard! respect for all that work, not a whole lot of people that have been through it.
