OK guys, my unofficial vacation from the shop is over. After busting my balls all winter doing long nights I needed to give it a break after SoWo. Things are back in motion though. This weekend I mounted the sliders to the seats then to the supports that we welded into the car.

Also got a chance to put the nardi in. Wiring is basically done on the motor side. The mess inside the car is mostly useless as I deleted everything except lights, fuel pump, starter and for plugs.

I'm at a cross roads though over a few things since I'm no longer having to cut corners to finish in time for SoWo but I don't want to put progress too far back either. Id tell you what those tough decisions are but then I'd ruin it :/ I suppose I'll just get it finished and running as planned and do a second stage to the build next winter.

And if you notice the screw's for the steering wheel aren't seated. I have to decide whether I want to countersink my nardi or get flat seat screw's

I'd just get flat seat screws. But thats just cause I have no idea what countersink means and it sounds expensive/hard to do

I'd go 'flat' screws. Only because I think the raised screw heads would suit the riveted seats better.

Another couple shots with the dash temporarily put back in, had to order an new cluster housing as the mounts for the glass broke off.

Basically drill a "bowl" shape that matches the shape of the bottom of the screws so they will fit flush against the metal. The holes for Grip Royals are countersunk

Countersinking it would be easy, I just don't know if I'd rather have raised screws. Maybe some nice looking copper plated ones.

Use some old wheel bolts! Like some BBS or even some from whatever wheel set up you decide on
