The copper is staying raw. It takes years for copper to turn green. Since its garage kept and only a cruiser/show car I'll be polishing the copper and the tight spots and corners that develop a duller discolored patina (usually brownish) will give it some character.

Has anyone ever tried repair panels off fixmyrust.com? I ordered my floor pans from there, hoping for good results.

I know it's not the plan, but the two tone look you have going on right now looks bitchin.Haha I thought the same thing, the center body line doesn't quite make it all the way to the front though and I already shaved the hole for the trim that normally goes there.Originally posted by P78 View Postactually, this

Imho, I think you should have tucked that bottom rear section more, to give it a more rounded look.... It looks to square now somehow.
But that's my 2ct
EDIT: ^^ oh lol. same opinion

Also only the left side is in the more finished state, so the right side throws it off. I 'm hoping to make the rear bottom come in a little more to give about a 2" radius and have that follow through and blend into the corners to round those out a little more too. It'll be tricky in that spot but there's a little room left for play.Originally posted by loekaaz View PostImho, I think you should have tucked that bottom rear section more, to give it a more rounded look....
