Anyways... I tried for quite some time to tuck to rim on 15"s. It didn't work. And I feel like the rims were just to small.

Sold the ccw.
Purchased some VIP Modulars in 16"

just test fit them today. I'm loving it. still needs to be adjusted but i should have no problem setting the car right on top of the rims.
