Ordered me some wheel adapters for the truck the other day, they are gonna custom build me a set to go from 4 lug back to 6, i cant wait to get my wheels and the bed on the truck so i can see the final ride height. Now all thats left to do is brakes and ill be back in the truck again.

Do you ever plan on changing the wheels on this thing? I don't know what you could do about the front, but there are hubs that you can buy that change a 240sx rear end to 5 lug. Would open up a ton of options as far as wheels go.

Yeah my plan later on is to do the 5 lug swap on the rear and also do a toyota 5 lug swap on the front, this is just a temporary solution.

First off, I have to say nice direction on this build, sub'd. I'm going IRS on my '80 hilux as we speak
Also, why don't you just get 5 lug adapters for it now and only pay for it once? 4-5 out back and 6-5 in the front. Or another pair of those steelies in 4 bolt for out back. That would only cost like ~$150. Additionally, if you're going to convert to a new bolt pattern in the future you should start to consider which one you want. Seems to me that a lot of the 14-16" wheels out there in low offsets are 4bolt
For the coilovers, contact the company directly and ask if you can purchase a pair from them, or they might refer you to one of their distributors who will work with you. I'm going about my coilovers in a bit of a different direction but if it was gonna be factory that's how I'd do it. Keep it up man

cruuz, the only reason im not going ahead and doin the 5 lug is because I want to wait until I do the coilover conversion on the front and plus I have a baby on the way so I wont have the money to buy all the hubs and everything I need, plus new wheels and tires at the moment so this was the cheapest solution. Thanks for the advice on the coilovers I dont know why I didnt think about that! Lol

Got my wheels mounted today and they are going to be poking out quite a bit!

Gonna pick up some brake line friday so I can pull this thing out of the shop and get some better pics, once I get the bed back on its gonna be sitting LOW!

Hooked my brake lines up today and pulled it outside for some much needed sunlight, also drove it around the yard and it seems to handle like its on rails.

Up next on on the list is to paint the frame and mount the bed and new freeze plugs and shes ready to roll.
