Hi guys! I just started learning how to drift this year so I figured I would share my set up. If anyone has any tips, tricks or upgrades for an E36 they learned while drifting let me know.

Car:
1995 BMW 325i Sedan (Stock Motor)
Front Suspension:
In the front, I am running E46 LCA. Here, I rounded the ends down to fit the E36 LCA Offset bushings.

Running the E46 LCAs, you need to get the #90 inner tie rods because you cannot use the stock E36. First trim them down well enough to allow you to adjust the toe.

For the fronts, I used BC Racing NA coilovers with 8K spring rate. The front set up gives me roughly -4 degree of camber

Due to the extreme negative Camber I used two 9/16” spacers with 90mm wheel studs.

Rear Suspension:
For the rear, I did some heavy reinforcements after reading and talking to people about how shitty the body mounts are on BMWs. I bought weldable reinforcements-Subframe, trailing arm, and shock tower- from Bimmerworld and tuner motor sport. I also welded the diff while I had the rear end subframe disconnected from the car.

To stabilize her, I bought AKG trailing arm bushings, Diff Mount bushings and rear sub-frame bushings.

To finish up the rear suspension, I added rear camber arms and BC Racing NA shocks and spring combo. The spring rate in the rears is 12K.

To wrap her up, I did a pretty simple interior upgrade. My steering wheel is a Grip Royal steering wheel that mounts on a quick release and steering hub set up. The seat is an Invictus seat that rests on a wedge engineering seat rails. Lastly, I have a homemade e-brake extension that allows you to engage and disengage the button for both street and track use.
