  • Mercedes w210 270cdi project

I got the car from my dad a half a year a go, and have been started to fix all the rust on the car.. it's so rusty have sanded down the doors and rear fenders and put on a rust protection, the front fenders was way to bad, so are going to order new ones, also going to order new brakes, rear shock suspension

That was about 2 months ago, looks terrible..

the front is on to get some motivation, my salary are coming next week, are going to order brakes, front fenders and rear shock then.. hopefully it can hit the ground after 2 months raised on jack stands, after that i will paint the front and back fenders and all 4 doors

Finally got my new front fenders, feels so good, looks like a car again

Also bought a new shock to the rear, the other one was leaking terribly. I have also painted underneath in the rear with rost protection.. Just the brakes left, will do that today!

While you're working on the underside, consider reinforcing the front upper spring cups. As I'm sure you're aware, those spring cups have a habit of coming loose, and rust exacerbates the problem.

Looks like a big project, but I'm always happy to see a Mercedes get rescued!
