^ i kinda wouldn't mind an armoured one lol don't they come with certain features the others didn't? although I'm pretty sure you can't roll the windows down....that could be annoying lol

started painting today, layed two coats of base. First time using a paint gun so got a few runs ---_---
all good though, sanding them down tomorrow morning and it'll be like they were never there in the first place!
will hopeful clear it too before i have to go to work but well see.
its coming along though and she's looking pretty again

I did consider a similar brown, in particular the new merc s class brown but all the trims on the e38 are black. I personally don't like the look of black rub strips on a different colour car. It would be way too time consuming to paint those without damaging the chrome part. Can't go wrong withe black anyway

Built my booth today. 99% done just gotta place the filters and fans. As for color I'm gonna keep it black. I think it looks the best on these Cars and it matches the black trims if they were painted to match I'd change the color
