mine are custom valved with 10k swifts up front and i believe the rears are also 10k. stock height springs. When i ordered them BC would custom valve the coils at no extra charge. i told the guy i wanted to be able to put my car on the ground if i wanted to and sure enough lolOriginally posted by Matt_Slater View PostJust read the build thread, love it!
I'm running BC coilovers also on my E38, only difference is, they go no where near as low as yours.
What spec coilovers are you running? Spring rate/length/make would be a great help. Thanks.

How come, that I've missed this project?!
I really like how much effort you put into your seven.
Are you planning to finish off your paintwork with some proper sanding and buffing? Because even on the pictures you can tell it looks really bad
It needs some nice glossy finish
Oh...it was very good move going from tucked to flush fitment!

i know man, i plan on redoing the clear coat. first attempt it ended up too thin and after sanding and buffing it turned out pretty dullOriginally posted by ulik87 View PostHow come, that I've missed this project?!

so i split my wheels, refinished them and had some custom work done....

silver faces, copper hardware.
RS waffles/hex custom fit (will thread on) and face machined to match patterns on waffles. waiting to mount tires.
rear brakes are in the machine shop getting modified to fit the spindle and once i get my new front rotors i can finalize my front brackets too.
things are happening, slowly but surely

decided to put the e38 on the road for a bit and drive it. had no choice since I'm moving.
got the wheels on, did some maintenance recently too but unfortunately might have to put the brakes project on hold for a month or two until i move into my new house.
also working something out to redo the clear coat on the car and get it shining finally.
for now this is how she sits

raised it a bit to make slightly more functional lol honestly tired of scraping around and not being able to go places because the car is too low
