Figured in all my boredom it would be a good time to start a thread on my newly acquired E36. Picked her up a little over 3 weeks ago: '98 328is, 155k, 100% left alone except interior led's. Originally meant for a DD to replace my B7 Passat TDI.

Day she came home.


Not but a week later some CAtuned coils were on the doorstep, and down she went along with removing the ratty tint.




Managed to find a decent deal on some beat ass style 5's. This is easily the best looking wheel of the bunch.


Stripped em down, powdercoat, and polish.


Pretty happy with the results. Front still needs to come down a touch.

And the current "warehouse" I have accumulating. Big work this weekend.


Long term plans are still pretty up in the air, but it will involve forced induction at some point. I daily the car as of now, but I don't want it to see snow this winter, so that will change.

Open to any ideas and criticism.

Thought about that at first, but it adds another 80mm to the bumper, which would literally be on the ground.

Completely went through the front suspension on this thing this weekend. Absolute nightmare. Took some photos as well, and sent the bumpers to paint. Needs some spacers in the rear, bad.
