damn man lucky find on the amg model.

The guy at the scrapyard told me that it's actually a 450SL that was modified with all the AMG parts. He says the engine has been modified so I don't know if it's the 5.0L or only a 560SL swap. I'll take a closer look in the next days... not much left to strip! But yeah, lucky as f*ck for once. For 1k it's a steal.

Ok so I got 2 good news! First of all, I found a garage that I'll be able to store my Mercedes for the winter and that I'll be able to work in. The only bad thing about it is that it's a small as hell...but for free I won't complain. The other good news, I will pick up the R107 AMG which has all the euro bumpers, AMG valence, Penta AMG, Nardi steering, etc... So more to come soon!

Found the bumpers and valance but the guy won't sell the parts, only the full car even tho almost nothing else than bumpers and wheels are good anymore...
